Our goal with SkateSmart is to not only encourage students to learn fun life lessons through skateboarding, but to also encourage them to do well in other life disciplines! Our lessons or events focus on areas such as fun, safety, trick basics, park etiquette, & building confidence. We also offer tutoring for students needing a little extra help with school, and incentives for good grades through out the year. SkateSmart is Colorado's most kid friendly skate coach program!
Skateboarding is a hobby and activity, but it can also offer life skills on perseverance, hard work, facing fears, balance, focus, determination, and fun! Check out our Lessons page to learn more!
Evan Kuzava
Pro Skateboard Instructor
Evan is a professional skateboarder with over 20 years of experience. He has taught multiple clients from ages 4 years old, all the way to parents in their 40s. He has had the opportunity to travel the world giving demonstrations with multiple companies, and has helped in the process of building new skate parks around the world. He was even able to perform a live demonstration at the first skate park in Egypt!
